Have you been running the AC a lot? If it's a Ford, they are known to have a leak on pass side due to the cowl panel warping. You would need to replace that as well as the foam strip and reseal underneath. sounds to me like u have bad heater core, its under the passenger side of dash, and if your floor boards are wet, sounds like heater core has rusted! where the dash meets is called a cowl. maybe it has a hole in it and rain water is leaking through it. It could be the heater core is leaking. There is a temporary fix that is relatively easy to perform. There are two heater hoses, one in and one out to the heater core.
